HE the Minister of Business and Trade Sheikh Fahd bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Abdurrahman al-Thani died in a car accident late Thursday.
He was on his way to Wakrah when a Land Cruiser hit the minister’s car. The minister died instantly. A person accompanying the minister was admitted to hospital with serious injuries.
Sheikh Fahd bin Jassim, 40, was a graduate in telecommunications engineering from the University of Kent in the UK.
