Qatar will have a more open economy for foreign investors by 2013, the Minister of Finance, HE Yousef Hussain Kamal has said.
“As a member of the WTO we have certain commitments vis-à-vis the services under our banking and insurance sectors, which will be reviewed by 2013,” he said in Qatar Banking Review 2007 – a special report prepared by the Qatari Banks for the 2007 Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and IMF now being held here.
